Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”) are seeking bids from independent contractors with demonstrated professional competence and experience for the abatement and demolition of the Homestead Apartments complex located at 5800 Medina Base Road, San Antonio, Texas. The project involves the complete demolition and removal of all existing structures, including apartment buildings, foundations, and associated structures, leaving the site as an empty lot ready for future development.
