The Work comprises, but is not limited to, Grand Avenue Park Stadium Lighting Replacement and Electrical Upgrades, which consists of the LED retrofit of 96 HID high-mast stadium lights and various electrical upgrades, located at 1301 Grand Avenue, Chino Hills, CA 91709.
