Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS VILLAGE OF IRVINGTON MATTHIESSEN PARK STAGE ELECTRICAL SERVICE WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK Telephone: (914) 591-4356; Fax: (914) 591-4072 Sealed proposals for performing the work herein described will be received at the office of the Village Administrator, Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY 10533, until May 7, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Court Room in Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install electrical for a stage in Matthiessen Park in the Village of Irvington.  Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of the Village Administrator or from the Village website at WWW.IRVINGTONNY.GOV .  If the Village website is used to obtain documents, the office of the Village Administrator must be notified via email at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. and provided with contact information. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Village of Irvington, Office of the Village Administrator, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY and endorsed “Matthiessen Park Stage Electrical Service”.  Contractor / Bidder is required to submit a sealed bid envelope and a sealed second envelope in the sealed bid naming each subcontractor and the amount to be paid to each per WICKS reform 2008. The Village of Irvington reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Village to do so.
