Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Tahlequah until 10:00 am on January 26, 2026. The sealed envelope must be legibly marked on the outside with the following information in the lower left corner: The word “BID”, Bid No., Project Name, and the Closing Date. All submitted bids must be stamped as received by the City Clerk prior to this time. Bids received after the time set for opening bids will not be considered. The bids will be opened publicly on January 26, 2026 at 10:10 am in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 111 S Cherokee Avenue. All bidders submitting a bid must obtain a copy of bid documents from City of Tahlequah to submit a valid bid. Bids may be held by the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
