PRE-BID MEETING A mandatory pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be held June 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Authority’s Board Room on the Mezzanine Level, Terminal B of the Memphis International Airport, 2491 Winchester Road, Memphis, TN 38116. Only those attending will be allowed to submit responses to this RFB. All attendees must register at www.eventbrite.com .
