Description: The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking interested bidders in purchasing one 24’’ Ultimate Restaurant Gas Stove. The City intends to enter into a Sales Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract” or “Agreement”) for this purchase. The Bid and all the required documentation must be submitted in one sealed envelope or package bearing the title “SEALED BID – RFB 6941 Surplus Sale of 24’’ Ultimate Restaurant Range Gas Stove” on the outside of the package as well as the Bidder’s name, address, and contact information.
