Description :
This contract is for the purchase and delivery of a defoamer product used as needed at the outfall.  The defoamer product is stored in the new North End Chemical Building and is added to the plant flow at the Disinfection Tank effluent troughs to prevent the discharge of excess foam into the Ohio River.
