Section 00 11 13 Advertisement to Bid

The LYNN HOUSING AUTHORITY & NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Common Area Flooring Replacement at State Aided Development: Woodman (667-3B) in Lynn, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by DERBY SQUARE ARCHITECTS.

The Project consists of but not limited to:
The replacement of existing common area flooring, stair treads and risers, painting and laundry room floor and wall coatings.

The work is estimated to cost $179,620.00.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/02/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids.

General Bids will be received until 08 April 2026 at 12:00PM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith.
