The contractor must have certified technicians and possess all adequate tools and equipment to complete each job in a timely manner. Technicians must be available during regular business hours and for on-call services seven (7) days a week. Proposal must include hourly labor rate, overtime labor rate, and any miscellaneous charges. The awarded contractor must include in all their quotes, pro-forma invoices, and final invoices a breakdown of all the charges and material charges must reflect current market rate pricing. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below: Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein.
