Project Description

The City of Jackson, TN, will receive separate sealed bids for the West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex Infield Turf Project until 10:30 AM on December 9, 2025.  The project includes grading, drainage, erosion prevention, synthetic turf, and irrigation installation.  Bid Submission Location is City Hall, 115 E. Main Street STE #202, Jackson, TN 38301.  A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on November 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM at 250 Bancorpsouth Parkway, Jackson, TN 38305 .  Digital copies of Contract Documents are free.  Hard copies require a $150 non-refundable deposit from TLM Associates, Inc..  Contact TLM at (731)988-9840 or receptionist@tlmae.com .  Bidders must be licensed per TCA Title 62, Chapter 6.  A Bid Security is required.  Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days.  The City reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
