MST on February 4th,2026, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Bids received after the specifieddate and time will not be accepted or considered.The Sheep Mountain Well 250 HP Upgrade Project generally consists of replacing the existingSheep Mountain Well pump, motor, column piping, and installing a new variable frequencydrive. A prebid conference will be held at Douglas Public Works Building on January 27th, 2026at 11:00 A.M. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.Complete digital project bidding documents are available at the Civil Engineering Professionals,Inc. website at http://www.cepi-casper.com and clicking the Project Bid Information.
