Notice to BiddersPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bid proposals will be received by the Town ofBlooming Grove Clerk, New York up to and including 1:00 PM on May 1, 2026 for thefollowing:BID FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND LABOR BID FOR TOWN FACILITIESBids will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 pm (local time) on 1 May, 2026 atthe offices of the Town of Blooming Grove, 6 Horton road Blooming Grove NY10914, Town Clerk Darlena Decker, 845-496-5223; office open from 8:00 am to4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.Bids need to be delivered in sealed form. The Town of Blooming Grove cannotguarantee unintended disclosure of any proposal submitted in other than a sealedenvelope, directed to the Town Clerk with “BID FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT ANDLABOR BID FOR TOWN FACILITIES” clearly marked on the outside of theenvelope.The Information for Bidders, Drawings, Specifications and other ContractDocuments may be reviewed at the offices of Town of Blooming Grove,Town Clerk Darlena Decker, 845-496-5223. Office open from 8:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, 6 Horton Road Blooming Grove NY, becomingavailable on 20 April 2026.The proposal from each bidder must contain a certification as to non-collusivebidding as set forth is Section 103 of the General Municipal Law.All bidders must be licensed to do business within the State of New York, out-of-state bidders must be registered with the Secretary of State and authorized to dobusiness in New York State.The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to acceptany proposal, which in the opinion of the Town Board, will be in the best interestof the residents of the Town of Blooming GroveIndividuals or entities who obtained bid documents from a source other thandirectly from the Town Clerk’s Office do so at their own risk of not receivingadditional documents, updates and notices that may be issued in relation to thisbid.
