Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work: The Contractor shall furnish and install a new bifold partition wall on the existing above-ceiling structural support. A partial ceiling demo is required to access the ceiling systems for the bifold partition: repair patch and paint of ceiling and trade related damages. Furnish and install new casework. Provide new mechanical CO2 sensors for DCV mode, a micro switch for averaging thermostats, and a new audio/visual technology system to support instruction.
