Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of qualified Consultants to establish one (1) or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for Building Condition Evaluations services in support of the County’s Capital Improvement Program requirements on an “as needed” basis. The number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received with a maximum of three (3) contract awards. Capabilities of the Consultant shall have the following characteristics: A. Ability to provide building condition evaluations to unique and functional County sites. B. Provide detailed and fully comprehensive building condition evaluation assessments. C. Building assessments may address energy efficiency, building envelope design, and survey of various building systems and operation. D. Present approach and descriptions of proposed evaluations to Community and End User groups. E. Provide superior building construction evaluation services.
