Notes	The Cedar Rapids Community School District Purchasing Office is requesting bids for goods and/or services. All pricing must be submitted F.O.B. to 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Do not include Federal or State taxes in the costs provided. The P urchasing Office and/or Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District , located in Linn County, State of Iowa. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received electronically no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 for Custodial Supplies 2026-27 , as requested by the Cedar Rapids Community School District. All bids must be submitted through the District’s online bidding portal, IonWave . Bids via email, fax, or hard copy will not be accepted. Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their proposal is accurately and timely submitted through IonWave . The District is not responsible for delays, technical difficulties, or submission errors on the part of the supplier. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, at 3:00 pm CST (District clock). A ll bids will be evaluated promptly following the opening. Bid results will not be shared by phone or prior to the official award. Bids may be withdrawn at any time prior to the stated closing deadline. However, once submitted, no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the submission deadline.
