Description: Scope of Work: The City of Suffolk is seeking proposals from qualified lawn maintenance firm(s) to provide grass mowing services on select primary highway routes within the City of Suffolk. Services required by the successful contractor shall include, but not be limited to providing of all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, licenses, permits, and all other items as needed to perform the work.
