The pre-bid conferences are scheduled for May28, 2026 at 2:00p.m., and June 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be located at the Dublin City Hall,100 Civic Plaza. Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bidmeetings. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: A complete Notice Inviting Bids and complete bidpackages, including project plans, technical specifications, bid forms, and contract documents, tobe used for bidding on the Project, and the plan holders list can be acquired through BPXpressReprographics at www.dublinplanroom.com or by calling (707) 745-3593. Bid packages areavailable for viewing at several builders exchanges. A complete list of exchanges is availableonline at www.dublin.ca.gov/PlanRoom.All bidders must possess a valid class A or a combination C12, and C32 California contractor’slicense and bids must include bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS: Contractor and subcontractors listed on the bidproposal must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, pursuant to Labor Codesection 1725.5, and must furnish electronic certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner.The successful bidder shall pay not less than the general prevailing wage rate of per diem wagesto all workers employed on this project.BID INELIGIBILITY: A firm that has provided architectural or engineering services to theDepartment for this contract before bid submittal for this contract is prohibited from any of thefollowing: (1) submitting a bid; (2) subcontracting for any part of the work; or (3) supplyingmaterials to any contractor or subcontractor working on the project.COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT: This Project is subject to the Community WorkforceAgreement approved by the City of Dublin City Council effective December 7, 2021. All Biddersshall include with their bid proposals, an executed Agreement to be Bound which can be found inSection P-20 Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) Addendum A – Agreement to be Boundof the contract documents.
