All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled on the outer most package ”RFB-2026- 0910 Bethel Booster Pump Station Relocation.” The inside and outside package shall include the Contractor’s License Number. The public opening and reading aloud of the bids will be at 2:00PM, on September10, 2026 at 353 N. Generals Blvd. in Lincolnton, NC 28092. The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is: Dewberry Engineers Inc. Prospective bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, and may obtain copies of the bidding documents from the Plan Room as described below. The Project includes the following Work: Constructionofaboosterpumpstationwiththeassociatedsite,grading,anddemolitionwork.Installationof8-inchand12-inchwatermainswiththeabandonmentofexistingwatermains. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days.
