NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract WATER DELIVERY SERVICE 25-095-FIN on or before October 14, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bids to provide Water Delivery Service to various County departments for a one-year period. The awarded bidder shall regularly deliver 5-Gallon Bottles of water and provide the rental of water dispensers. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination.
