Project Description: The work to be performed includes regular landscaping and groundskeeping services at various buildings and facilities located throughout the District service area and furnishing and providing landscaping labor, goods, materials, and supplies, as needed. Buildings and facilities included under this contract include but are not limited to the following:
• District Office & Operations Center (8000 NE 52nd Ct., Vancouver)
• Salmon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (15100 NW McCann Rd., Vancouver)
• Ridgefield Wastewater Treatment Plant (109 W Division Rd., Ridgefield)
• Various Pump Stations and Biofilters
Engineer's Estimate: $178,000.00 - $200,000.00
