Invitation to Bid: Well Pump Services

The Western Virginia Water Authority requires the services of a well pump service contractor who will be available on short notice to pull well pumps, repair them, or replace them with new pumps and reinstall them. The attached scope of work and specifications have been submitted for your review and consideration in the proposal.
One original and one (1) complete copy of the quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package marked "QUOTATION WQ-CIP-24-07" by 2:00 P.M. (local prevailing time) on Thursday, February 6, 2025, in the office of Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant, 1502 Brownlee Ave SE. Roanoke, VA 24014. It is the responsibility of the responder to ensure that their response is received at the Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant by the above date and time. Any responses received after the above date and time will not be accepted. All responses must be returned on the BID FORM and must be signed by an authorized representative of the company submitting the quote.
