Such services may includethe Fixed Routes for Downtown Circular 13.0 mi, and the St. Matthews Connector, aCommuter/Fixed Route bus service between Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties 14.5 mi routeone way.Assistance with data collection for fixed routes, campus loop and St. Matthews Connector.Provide Orangeburg County with monthly back up request documentation to support invoicesfor reimbursement. The documentation should include but not limited to; travel logs for fixedroutes, daily fare collections (all routes), passenger count, passenger miles, vehicle miles, vehiclehours, and all other reporting needs.MUST HAVE YOUR OWN ROUTING, DISPATCHING AND BILLING SYSTEMBILL BY PER HOUR RATEMUST HAVE YOUR OWN FLEET OF VEHICLESPerformance Time requestingAgreement dates should take effect during the calendar year of July 1st - June 30th13 Mile (Monday – Friday; Excluding Holidays; Only During Fall-Spring Courses)14.5 Mile (Thursdays; Excluding Holidays)PRICERequest for Proposal – FY26-0519Page 4PLEASE RETURN FORM WITH PROPOSALCERTIFICATION OF NO EXCEPTIONSThe Code requires bidders to give written notice with a submission if bidder will not accept a termof the Request for Proposal and the incorporated Code as a contract term.
