For the demolition of structure(s), and clean-up of area at the following location(s): · 701 S. Mckinley Ave · 506 S. St Louis Ave · 822 S. Chestnut (garage) · 1319 S. Byers (garage) · 319 N Harlem Ave Specifications are on file in the office of the Planning & Community Development Manager, 602 S. Main Street 4th Floor.  Bids must be in the hand of the Planning & Community Development department on or before 10:30 A.M. on Friday, January 16, 2026.  The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri.   The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
