Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately thereafter in Room 230 of the County Office Complex. Contract Documents may be reviewed electronically at http://alleganygov.org/Bids.aspx . Bidders must purchase the contract documents directly from Allegany County Economic and Community Development to submit a bid for consideration and be registered to receive addenda and notices.
