Bid Title:	RFP Restoration of 30,000lb capacity Pup Trailer for QIN Roads Department

Description: Refurbishment (to a usable, safe condition) of 30,000lb pup trailer utilized by the QIN roads department to increase the load capacity of road fill materials their Kenworth T880 truck, can transport in one trip. This trailer has been seriously weather-damaged, and will require many new parts. Work needed to refurbish the trailer includes: rebuilding the air brake system; fixing electrical wiring and lights; replacing damaged suspension components; installing new tires; replacing rotten hoses; servicing hydraulic system; replacing rotten hoses, and more.
