Sealed bids will be received by the City of Daphne at Daphne City Hall (1705 Main Street,

P. O. Box 400, Daphne, AL 36526) until 11:30 A. M. local time on the 2nd day of July, 2026

and thereafter the same will be publicly opened at 11:30 A.M. in the Council Chambers of City

Hall.

Proposals are invited from all qualified respondents. The City of Daphne is an Equal

Opportunity Employer. All minority business enterprises (MBE) and disadvantaged business

enterprises (DBE) will be taken into consideration .

No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and time. A copy of the complete bid

specifications may be obtained from the Finance Department at the City Hall in the City of

Daphne, by E-Mailing SHenson@DaphneAL.com, or obtained off the City’s webpage:

Proposals must be submitted upon the standard forms furnished by the City of Daphne,

Alabama. The response must be sealed and labeled on the outside of envelope as follows:
