Scope of Work: The project consists of a multi-level structure to support variable training exercises practiced by the

fire department. The Work shall be completed in one phase.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on March 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time at 7520 Concord Hwy,

Monroe, NC 28110. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged.
