Description: The City of Independence, Kansas, is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) commercial zero-turn mower for use by the Parks and Public Works Departments. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 120 N. 6th, Independence, Kansas, until 2pm on April 2, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid bond is required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
