The selected firm is expected to collaborate closely with City staff, City Council, Commissions, engineering consultants, residents, and community stakeholders to develop and oversee the update to ensure the plan complies with Minnesota Statutes and Metropolitan Council requirements, including those contained in the Imagine 2050 system statements for the City of Apple Valley.
