Description: KLAMATH COUNTY, OREGON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Public Notice The Klamath County Tax/Property Sales Department seeks proposals from a qualified real estate brokers/firms to list and sell non-tax foreclosed, county owned surplus property zoned Commercial and/or Industrial. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. Mail or courier or hand-delivered.  Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager.  Late, faxed or electronically transmitted Proposals shall not be accepted. Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so.
