C​ . Project Description: T​ he project scope includes work at and around the existing Jaguar Stadium at Madison​

C​ entral High School, including: a new pre-fabricated press box; demolition of the existing restroom building;​

c​ onstruction of two new restroom buildings; a new entry gate structure; a new pedestrian plaza; relocated​

A​ DA parking; and new decorative fencing throughout.​

​F.​​When construction bids are submitted electronically, the requirement for including a certificate of​

r​ esponsibility, or a statement that the bid enclosed does not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00),​

o​ n the exterior of the bid envelope as indicated in Section 31-3-21(1) and (2) shall be deemed in​

​compliance with by including same as an attachment with the electronic bid submittal.​

​G. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent​

(​5%) of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools.​
