Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek offers for the purchase of Copper Sulfate – Liquid Pentahydrate for use in the City of Tempe’s Water Treatment Plants. This chemical will be used in the production of drinking water for the City of Tempe (City) Public Works Department - Water Utilities Division. The contract period will be for one (1) year, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) additional years per the terms and conditions of this RFP. The Contract may be renewed at the City’s discretion. Resulting contract shall be monitored under the supervision of the City of Tempe Procurement office and Water Utilities Division.
