NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Santa Rosa High School District (“SRHSD”) and the Santa Rosa Elementary School District (“SRESD”) (collectively, the “District”) will receive bids up to, but not later than 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2026, sealed bids for the award of a contract for: Santa Rosa Charter School for the Arts, Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, and Cesar Chavez Language

Academy Perimeter Fencing and Gates Project

Bids shall be received at Santa Rosa City Schools District Office 110 Stony Point Road, Suite 210, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above state time and place. Responses must be sealed and clearly marked “Santa Rosa Charter School for the Arts, Abraham Lincoln Elementary School, and Cesar Chavez Language Academy Perimeter Fencing and Gates Project” Facsimile or electronic copies of the bid will not be accepted. Bids received after the above-specified time may be rejected.

The Project includes This work includes the removal of existing fencing, posts, footings, and mesh, and the construction of new perimeter fencing, including posts, footings, and gates. There will be mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences and held on April 15, 2026, at the following locations and times, for the purpose of acquainting all prospective bidders with the bid documents and the work sites:
