Asphalt Street Repair Project 2026
Ottumwa, IA

Mill, patch and overlay certain streets in Ottumwa. The first 20 loads of millings are to be delivered to the city yard on Gateway Drive.

10% Bid Deposit
100% Performance and Payment Bond

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Room 108 by the City Clerk's office.

Project Start Date: 15 Days After Notice to Proceed

Project Completion: December 31, 2026

Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day.
