Owensboro Municipal Utilities will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. (CST) on August 22, 2025 (prevailing time) at which time bids will be opened and read aloud for the:

ELECTRIC COST OF SERVICE AND RATE DESIGN STUDY

OMU is soliciting proposals for the performance and development of a comprehensive and robust Cost of Service and Rate Design Study for OMU’s Electric Utility (herein referred to as the “Study”) by an experienced and qualified firm (Consultant). The general scope of work includes a study to review existing rate and fee structure, and develop rates and charges that reflect the current cost of providing electric service. Refer to Section 3 below for detailed scope of work.
