Introduction

The City of Gallatin is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of three (3) treadmills for

the Gallatin Parks and Recreation Department. Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00

PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Gallatin Parks

and Recreation Treadmills.”

Scope of Work

Vendors are invited to submit bids for three (3) treadmills. Bids must meet all

specifications listed below:

Award

The City of Gallatin reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive

informalities. The bid will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria. If the lowest

bidder is unavailable when needed, the city may proceed with the next lowest bidder.
