Project Description: Work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for traffic signal upgrades at Easton Rd (SR 0611) & Delaware Rd (SR 1016), including controller cabinet, mast arms, junction boxes, push buttons, vehicle/pedestrian signal heads, wiring, pavement markings/signing, vehicle detection, traffic control & appurtenant work. Contractor must comply with PA Prevailing Wage requirements and be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor with work class code “P”; all contractors/subcontractors must be prequalified per Pub. 408 §102.01.
