NOTE: Submit to Jefferson County Parks Department Office no later than 9:00 am, Wednesday February

25th, 2026. Bid forms should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside “County

Farmland Lease Bid # 1”. The envelope should contain a certified check or money order payable to the

Jefferson County Treasurer in the amount of 10 percent of one year’s annual rent for the items for which

bids are submitted. Unsuccessful bids will have prepayment returned.
