Notes	The City of Davenport is seeking qualified electrical contractors to provide on-call technical services at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), located at 2606 South Concord Street. Services include electrical distribution of 15 kV and below. Technical services must include knowledge in PLC programming and automation integration, industrial communications support, and CAD drafting. Contractors will support safe, reliable plant operations through troubleshooting, emergency response, system improvements, and accurate documentation in compliance with applicable safety and industry standards. The initial contract term will be three (3) years beginning upon approval by Davenport City Council, with two (2) optional one-year extensions, for a maximum contract length of five (5) years. The City reserves the right to award to multiple contractors if deemed in City’s best interest. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Water Pollution Control Plant, located at 2606 S. Concord Street. This will be the time to view the equipment serviced under this contract, review scope of services, and discuss the City’s expectations. Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
