Summary

The City of Pasadena seeks proposals from qualified vendors to design, furnish, install, configure, test, and commission a comprehensive security camera system at Washington Park . The objective is to enhance safety for park visitors and protect City property via continuous monitoring and recording of public areas. The solution must integrate with the City’s Genetec Security Center 5.13 environment and comply with applicable codes, standards, and City requirements . THIS PROJECT IS CDBG FUNDED.

Background

The purpose of this project is to enhance public and employee safety at Washington Park by installing a network of security cameras distributed at strategic locations throughout the park. The project will involve installation of new camera environment to be mounted on light posts and wireless connectivity to interface with the City Data network and Genetec system.
