Description: Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Apex on Wednesday, May 14, 2026, in the Conference Room of the Town of Apex Public Works Building B at 105 B Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502; attn: Daniel Edwards, Capital Projects Manager; up to 2:00 pm and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the construction of Town of Apex  Apex Town Hall Human Resources Office Renovations. An open pre-bid meeting, mandatory for all General Contractors interested in bidding, will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 in the lobby at Apex Town Hall.
