Project Description: Request for Sealed Bids – RFB 2024-088, City Owned Vacant Property Lots for Sale, Group 5. Sealed and Electronic Bids will be accepted for highest bid at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., February 7, 2025. The City of Waco is seeking bids from qualified individuals and firms for the opportunity to purchase (8) City owned single and grouped properties to develop into residential housing. The properties offered for sale are listed in the bid package. A detailed specifications is available at: https://waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/portal. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 P.M., via Zoom Video and Dial-In Conferencing.
