Project Description: The City of Westerville is seeking proposals for professional planning and design services encompassing, but not limited to, demographic data collection, population forecasting, asset inventory, needs assessment, review of current Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (“PROS”) accomplishments, benchmarking and trends analysis, and public engagement. These services are required to develop a comprehensive, updated vision and strategic direction for the PROS Plan.
