Notes	The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Brush Removal for the City's Forestry Department in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Sealed bids, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this request, will be received electronically until 2:00 PM CT, October 20, 2024 . General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein. No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid. Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting Monday, October 7, 2024 at 10:00am at lower level conference room at City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road.
