Notes	IF YOUR COMPANY IS ALREADY AWARDED BY THE LISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON RFP #3301-25 THERE IS NOT A NEED FOR YOUR COMPANY TO RESPOND TO THIS RFP. Lewisville Independent School District, (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for RFP #3301A-25 Yearbooks. If approved by the LISD Board of Trustees, this RFP will add additional vendors needed. This RFP will run coterminous with RFP #3301-25 to support the District's needs. Lewisville Independent School District is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for yearbooks for five (5) high schools, fifteen (15) middle schools, and thirty-four (34) elementary schools for a twelve month contract with three one-year extensions.  Each high school with the exception of The Colony High School has a separately operated 9th and/or 9th/10th grade campus.  Service will start for the 2025-2026 school year. All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. Missing or incomplete information will have a negative impact on vendor evaluations. RFP #3301A-25 Yearbooks shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of award that provides best value to The District. This supplemental RFP term will be from April 2026 - April 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District, this bid will automatically renew for the terms listed below. If vendor does not wish to renew, or wishes to renew with new terms and conditions, please contact LISD within 90 days of the renewal term. There will be three successive renewals, each consisting of a one year term. Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: May 2027 - April 2028 Tentative Third - Renewal Option: May 2028 - April 2029 Final Term - May 2029 - April 2030
