SOLICITATION TITLE: Repair, Replace Damaged Roofs - As Needed

DESCRIPTION: MTA New York City Transit (NYCT) requests prospective bidders to provide firm fixed

pricing for the Repair, Replacement of Damaged Roofs on an as needed basis. The contract with be

servicing the New York Cities five boroughs for the Department of Subways (DOS) and Department

of Buses/MTA Buses (DOB/MTABC) for a four (4) year period.

MTA reserves the right to make in its sole discretion a single award to one Contractor for the Repair,

Replace Damaged Roofs contract for all Classes A & B. MTA shall also have the option to issue

separate contract awards to separate Contractors for each Class A & B on an as-needed basis. The

scope of work for this IFB/Inquiry is subject to New York State Prevailing Wage Requirements.

Funding: 100% Operating Goals: MBE:15% WBE: 15% SDVOB: 6%
