Description: The Millcreek Township Planning and Development Department is seeking proposals for as-needed mowing, and snow and ice removal services to assist the Code Enforcement Office with remediating Property Maintenance Code violations. Such services, as further detailed below, would be requested when property owners have refused to respond to Notices of Violation and when the Township believes it is in the best interest of Township residents that the issue be remediated.
