Description: The City of Jacksonville Beach d/b/a Beaches Energy Services is seeking experienced and qualified contractors to install underground facilities on an as needed basis. The work is for the installation, renewal, and replacement of new and existing underground electric facilities. The contractors will also be used to assist Beaches Energy Services staff in the restoration of services during emergency situations. Responses received to this RFP will be evaluated and ranked by a Selection Committee in accordance with the process and evaluation criteria contained in Sections D and E of this document. Responses will only be considered from firms which are regularly engaged in the business of providing and performing similar services requested in this solicitation, and who have verifiable evidence of a consistent satisfactory record of performance. To be eligible, respondents must be able to provide references for at least three (3) Installation of Underground Infrastructures similar to this project.
