Notes	In accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting (CUPCCA) procedure, Sonoma County Junior College District dba Santa Rosa Junior College is soliciting vendor submissions to pre-qualify contractors for upcoming public works projects within the CUPCCA limits. Refer to the attached Pre-Qualification Application Instructions for directions and guidelines to complete and submit the Application for Pre-Qualification for Informal Bidding. All submissions must be done utilizing the district's electronic bid portal, no hard copy, emailed or faxed responses will be accepted. Legal Notice advertised in the Press Democrat on 12/19/2024 and 12/26/2024. Deadline for Questions: Wednesday January 8, 2025, end of business day 5 pm (PT). Questions must be submitted via email to Ralph Gause -Coordinator Purchasing at rgause@santarosa.edu. If necessary, an addendum will be issued containing questions/answers by Wednesday, January 15, 2025. The deadline to submit responses is Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 1 pm (PT). All items marked with a red * are mandatory. The system times-out at the deadline. Sonoma County Junior College utilizes the college district website https://srjc.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and the Press Democrat (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/) for notification of solicitation opportunities. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor’s responsibility to verify the validity of all information received by sources other than those listed. Please Note: The District will be closed for Winter break starting December 21,2024 and returning on January 3, 2025.
