The University of Minnesota (the “University”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide underwriting services for the University. The University is seeking qualified senior managers and co-managers for inclusion in its underwriting pool. The University may award to one firm or multiple firms as determined to be in the best interests of the University as decided solely by the University.

While the University intends to select underwriters from its pool for any future upcoming financings, the University reserves the right to select an underwriter(s) from outside of its established pool for special situations at its discretion.

Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
